Microforum offers superior CD-ROM and Music CD Audio Replication Services. The process begins with a glass master, which is derived from your CD-R Master source, and yields a stamper which is used to injection mold the final discs. Specialized silk screen or digital printing equipment, and automated disc packaging machines add the finishing touches.
Microforum provides a variety of turnarounds from our standard 7 business day service for most disc projects to as little as 2 business days to meet even the most demanding rush service timelines. A quick, cost-effective alternative for smaller runs or immediate turnaround (including sameday service) CD projects is recordable media. Data is copied (or burned) to recordable CDR, DVDR or BDR media, and quick-labeled using one of the following techniques:
- Silk screening onto the disc
- Digital Disc Printing with UV Drying Inks
- Thermal printing on the disc surface
Whether you are a Film Maker, Corporation, a Musician in a band, a Record Label, an HR manager looking for a Training CD/DVD, or a Marketing Coordinator looking for replication for your next trade show or presentation, Microforum can help you get the job done – on time and on budget.
